Protect your installations against frost damage throughout the winter with 1852 Antifreeze. This non-toxic and ready-to-use antifreeze is developed for effective winterizing of drinking water, sanitation and cooling water systems in boats, caravans, motorhomes, holiday homes and other leisure installations where high frost protection combined with low toxicity is desired. The product is water-soluble, contains corrosion protection and helps protect pipes, tanks, pumps, valves and other components against frost-related damage. Effective frost and burst protection When temperatures fall below freezing, even small amounts of residual water in pipes and tanks can cause extensive burst damage from freezing. 1852 Antifreeze is developed to minimize this risk and is burst-proof down to -40 degrees. The product also provides very high protection against burst damage in both plastic and metal installations. Although the liquid begins to freeze at approx. -11 degrees, it forms a slush-like structure with limited expansion. When the system is to be used again, simply flush it thoroughly with clean water until all traces of the antifreeze have been removed.
