Smart motorized main switch, can be remotely operated with a key, panel, or switch. Placed close to the battery bank, with no voltage drop and saves long, expensive cables and fittings, manual override CE, can be connected to a control lamp.

The test is carried out to determine how much voltage the switch can handle without the terminals overheating, i.e. 100 ˚C above ambient temperature.
