International VC Tar2 provides an excellent water barrier for the prevention and repair of osmosis. VC Tar2 is self-leveling and gives a smooth surface that is especially suitable for applying VC 17m Extra antifouling paint on top.
Can also be applied to old fully cured VC Tar (the previous tar epoxy).
