Description
Jabsco anti-siphon valve is designed to prevent siphoning in the hoses on your boat. It is installed on both the inlet and outlet hoses to ensure that water does not enter the boat.

To prevent siphoning in the hoses, an anti-siphon valve must be installed on both the inlet and outlet hoses. The valve is mounted at the highest point and allows air to enter the hose when it is not under pressure.
The air forms a small pocket in the hose, breaking the water column in the hose and preventing water from entering the boat.
