Jotun Farm 80 sealant is an elastic sealant designed for small cracks in wooden boats. It is viscous and adheres well to the wood, making it ideal for repairs and maintenance.

For best results, the surface must be clean, dry, and free from contamination. Surfaces with grease, oil, or other contaminants should be washed with e.g. Jotun Boatwash. All surfaces must be sanded with P80-P180 sandpaper. Clean dry / then wipe off with Jotun Thinner No. 2 or JOTUN White Spirit before applying the sealant.

Jotun Farm 80 sealant is surface dry after 1.5 - 2 hours, but can only be overcoated after 4-6 hours

Finishing above the waterline Hull side/freeboard: Finish with two coats of Gelcoat/topcoat. Finishing below the waterline Finish with two coats of Jotun antifouling paint. Note: Light colors may become discolored by fuel due to "bleeding".
