The hand block is designed for controlled hand sanding where precision and comfort matter. It is suitable for workshops, painting, and assembly, where machine sanding is not practical or desired. The ergonomic shape provides a secure grip and reduces fatigue during prolonged work. The firm, flat underside ensures even pressure against the surface and a consistent sanding result. The hand block is used with self-fastening sanding discs in diameter 125/150 mm. The sanding disc mounts quickly and securely and can easily be replaced during work. It is suitable for both edge and surface sanding on materials such as wood, paint, varnish, filler, and metal. The design makes it easy to work precisely on small surfaces and details.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Attach the sanding disc flat onto the block. Use even pressure without forcing. Work with steady movements and choose the grit size according to the task.
