Sanding disc developed for efficient surface processing with paint, varnish and filler. It is suitable for both professional workshop use and demanding DIY tasks, where a consistent sanding result is essential. The abrasive is made with corundum grit bonded in synthetic resin and applied with an active coating. The construction ensures stable operation, high material removal and reduced clogging, even during prolonged sanding. The disc is used on random orbital sanders with a self-adhesive fastening. It fits standard machines and can be used on multiple materials, including plastic, wood and coated workpieces.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Mount the disc correctly on the backing pad. Ensure a clean and dry fastening. Start with moderate pressure and let the machine do the work. Replace the disc when visible wear appears or sanding performance decreases.
