Description
Nasa EML-3 is an electromagnetic log that measures the boat’s speed through the water. It is designed with no moving parts and replaces existing paddlewheel sensors with its precise measuring technology.

Robust and accurate, the sensor generates an alternating magnetic field under the boat and measures the electric field produced by the boat moving through the water. This signal is converted into a pulse stream to replace any existing paddlewheel sensor. (Clipper Duet, Clipper Log, Target Log).
With excellent accuracy of 0.1 knots, over the range of 0.2 to 40 knots.
The transducer is a low-profile unit, 50 mm. Supplied incl. fitting, must be mounted in place of your current fitting.
