12-volt starter 8M6007285 is used on selected 20-35 hp Chrysler outboard engines. Replaces OEM starters: CHRYSLER MARINE 46-0955, 51-4955 J & N410-21029LESTER5396, -725 PRESTOLITE 46-2129, -43, MDO4108, MDO4108A, MDO4108AS UNITED-TECH-409SM-TECH SM11495. Robust construction with high-temperature epoxy armatures provides strength to secure and insulate wiring against corrosion. Permanent magnet design for high reliability, more torque and longer service life. Units built with 90/10 copper bushings or heavy-duty needle bearings for a longer and reliable service life. Meets Marine SAEJ1171 certification. See your owner's manual or service manual for specific application and installation instructions.
