Quicksilver 8M6008013 Aluminium Anode Kit is designed to protect Volvo 290 sterndrives from the harmful effects of galvanic corrosion. This complete kit includes aluminum anodes and stainless steel mounting hardware, ensuring a precise OEM fit and easy installation. Aluminum is the preferred material for saltwater and brackish water, as it provides longer protection and is up to 50% lighter than zinc. With included hardware and clear instructions, you can quickly and easily replace the anodes and ensure that your drive unit remains protected in all conditions.
