Expanding rubber plug that provides a very stable fastening point. Ideal for mounting in fiberglass, where you do not have access to fit a nut on the back side. Rawlnut also provides a rust-free and watertight fastening.

When the screw is tightened, the rubber expander expands on the back side of the mounting surface. In porous or thicker materials, it expands inside the material. Rawlnut is made of synthetic rubber with a molded metric brass nut.
