Fast, simple and reliable. The patented Ronstan BallslideTM system uses the existing luff groove in the mast. That means no track needs to be installed. The BallslideTM cars have so-called "captive ball bearings", which means the balls stay in the car even when it is not mounted, so it can easily be removed and fitted to the mast when the mainsail needs to be installed.
