Fast, simple and reliable. The patented Ronstan Ballslide™ system uses the existing luff groove in the mast. Therefore, there is no need to mount a track. The Ballslide™ cars have so-called "captive ball bearings", which means that the balls stay in the car even when the car is not mounted, so it can easily be removed and fitted to the mast when the mainsail needs to be installed.
