Ronstan Batten receptacle link is part of the patented Ronstan Ballslide system. It makes it easy to hoist the mainsail by using the existing track in the mast, without the need to install an additional track.

Fast, simple and reliable. The patented Ronstan Ballslide™ system uses the existing groove in the mast. Therefore, it is not necessary to install a track. The Ballslide™ cars have so-called "captive ball bearings", which means the balls stay in the car even when the car is not mounted, and can therefore easily be taken off and put on the mast when the mainsail needs to be fitted.
