Ronstan Batten receptacle link is part of Series 6 and made of AISI 316 material. It is used together with Ronstan's patented Ballslide™ system and allows easy installation and removal of the mainsail on the mast without the need for a track.

Fast, simple and reliable. The patented Ronstan Ballslide™ system uses the existing luff groove in the mast. That means it is not necessary to install a track. The Ballslide™ cars have so-called "aptive ball bearings", which means the balls stay in the car even when the car is not mounted, so it can easily be removed and put back on the mast when the mainsail needs to be fitted.
