Sanding disc developed for finish sanding where high demands are placed on surface quality. It is suitable for shipyards, painting work, repairs and preparation of surfaces before the final treatment.
The resilient foam backing ensures even pressure distribution during work. The combination of silicon carbide grit and semi-open structure provides gentle sanding with a very fine scratch pattern and a reduced risk of sanding through paint layers.
The product can be used on paint, lacquer and filler and is suitable for both flat surfaces, contours and profiles. Its high flexibility makes it suitable for both hand sanding and machine sanding with hook-and-loop backing pad.
The solution can be used both wet and dry, giving great flexibility in different working situations. The washable construction makes the product reusable and relevant for tasks within boat and shipbuilding, automotive painting and general surface finishing.
