Sanding disc developed for finishing work where demanding requirements are placed on surface quality. It is suitable for shipyards, painting work, repair, and surface preparation before the final treatment.
The compliant foam backing ensures even pressure distribution during use. The combination of silicon carbide grit and semi-open structure provides a soft sanding action with a very fine scratch pattern and reduced risk of sanding through paint layers.
The product can be used on paint, lacquer, and body filler and is suitable for both flat surfaces, contours, and profiles. Its high flexibility makes it suitable for both hand sanding and machine sanding with a hook-and-loop backing pad.
The solution can be used both wet and dry, providing great flexibility in different working situations. The washable construction makes the product reusable and relevant for tasks within boat and shipbuilding, automotive refinishing, and general surface finishing.
