THIS IS HOW TO FIND OUT HOW LONG YOUR CABLE SHOULD BE:

• Measure the distance from the center of your engine to the corner of the boat, line A.
• Then measure the distance from the center of your control box to the corner of the boat, line B.
• Then add the two lengths together (A+B), then add 3 feet so the cable is long enough for the engine to have full range of motion.
• Gear/throttle cable = total length.
