The same tank is used for water and waste water. You just buy different lids:

The DIABLO series of horizontal tanks is made of recyclable HDPE material that complies with international standards. DIABLO can be used for fresh water or waste water (NOT DRINKING WATER). The advantage of this series of tanks is the 'EASY SWITCH' plate, which can be purchased separately depending on the tank's application, and it is manually interchangeable. The plate used for fresh water is blue, and the plate for waste water is brown. It is secured and sealed by rotating the part itself and is locked in place using a locking pin that prevents loosening. To clean the tank, simply lift the locking pin and remove the lid by unscrewing it.
